CONGDON CONSTRUCTION, INC

 

Congdon Construction Co was founded as a sole-proprietorship in 1968 by Jim Congdon.  Jim built homes and commercial buildings in Fairbanks and rural Alaska for 42 years before deciding to incorporate.

 

In April, 2010, Jim, Doug (Jim’s son) and Katalla (Jim’s daughter) became Congdon Construction, Inc.  Doug brings to the table 18 years of operating and dirt-work experience.  Katalla comes with 12 years of bookkeeping and office experience.

 

Having a Navajo and a Cessna 206 at the disposal of the company allows for greater flexibility in rural Alaska and allows for the mobility needed for the bush construction jobs that we do.

 

We look forward to continuing to serve rural and urban Alaska with commercial building and dirt-work construction.
